» The Slide is a welded box type construction made from thick hot rolled steel plates.
» All weld structures thermally stress relieved prior to machining.
» Air operated inter connected clutch & brake of minimum inertia and specially ventilated with double safety Dual solenoid valve.
Rotary cam limit switch.
» Crank angle indicator.
» Motorised Slide adjustment (above 100 Tonnes) with shut height indicator.
» Shear plate protection or Hydraulic overload protection (optional).
» Pneumatic counter balance cylinders for the Slide.
» Automatic oil lubrication system.
» Options like quick die change, coil feeding, transfer mechanism & die cushions
