APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION AS A SUPPLIER
 
HMT(International) Limited, a Miniratna Company under Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, is an International Trading organization and procures various items for its in-house consumption as well as for trading. The Company desires to  build a database of the vendors of various engineering products, office stationery and computer consumables, as per the enclosed list.  Interested vendors are requested  to register their names for supply such items by filling up the format provided here and mailing the same to   Mr. Gowri Sankar. Only Registered vendors / contractors  will be sent the enquiries for limited tenders  as per the company policy & guide lines.
HMT (International) Limited’s Prequalification criteria:
  1. For Machine Tool / Accessories  Supplies (For export through HMT International) as per the format provided
  2. Other Vendors also s as per the format provided
ELIGIBILITY ( For Sl. No. 1 only):
  • Provide VAT registration number
  • If the vendor has registered with any other Public Sectors/ Govt. Agency, the same will be an advantage.
  • Provide Customers reference list.
  • Provide product range supported by catalogue.
  • Details of exports undertaken in the past – directly or indirectly.
Other information ( For Sl No. 1&2):
  • ISO Certified company.
  • Mention awards received, if any.
  • If already a vendor to HMT.
  • No. of years in the field of activity.
  • Customers reference list.

Interested vendors may kindly submit the Vendor Registration Form (appended herewith) duly filled, alongwith other documents.
