BUSINESS TRANSACTED

HMT Limited is a holding company, under whose ambit its six subsidiary companies operate. In addition, the holding company manages the tractor business directly.

The Citizens’ Charter for the Tractors’ Business of the company has been incorporated separately. The details of other businesses transacted by the Holding Company include:
