Detailed analysis is then made on the technical alternatives and commercial and financial viability of the project, leading to the conclusion of a contract.<\/p>\n<p>In the project planning stage schedules are drawn for identifying and procuring machinery and equipment from India and other countries. Logistics are meticulously worked out for streamlined and optimum utilization of resources for making shipments to the project site. The ground is thus laid prepared for project implementation.<\/p>\n<p>Erection and commissioning of machinery &amp; equipment are carried out as per the project specifications. Customers&#8217; personnel are put on intensive training covering every area of operation. For the vital aspect namely project completion &amp; handing over, HMT (International) Limited turns out production in accordance with rated capacities.
